    - Resolve escalations raised by team members/customers/manufacturing locations.

    • manage and coach multiple squads to reach their full potential through consistent

    • Communicate efficiently and effectively with all levels (meetings, reports, dashboards)
    • create and monitore project timelines, resolve impediment and have control over the
    scrum processes
