Current Position : Associate Director in charge of Human and Technical Ressources, as well as Senior IT consultant
After having graduated from Denis Diderot University in Paris, I started my career as a developper in a small IT company, where I progressively acquired multipurpose skills in various missions, in France as well as other European countries.
I confirmed the orientation of my career in IT consulting, as I was very enthusiast to help people and companies achieving their goals, in complex and demanding situations, while putting in place top level technologies.
The year 2000 was a real huge step in terms of responsibility as I took over with three other friends an IT company on the verge of bankruptcy. We wanted to create a new model of consulting company – both in terms of internal organization and in terms of a more cooperative approach with our customers.
Since, we worked to recover a stable situation, then develop our business trying to combine internal wise growth and operational quality brought to our customers.
For now, we built a strong team of 40 skilled employees and a efficient network of self-employed consultants, which allow us to intervene for big companies as for growing small and middle-size firms, expecially on IT Transformation, Project Delivery and operational Quality of Service.
For tomorrow, we would like to carry on our development with the goal to be recognize on the market as a significant actor while reaching a turnover of 5M€ in 2014.
As a result, we continuously strengthen our team through the annual recruitment of more than 10 people, being able to share with us our key values (commitment, transparency, challenging oriented mind).
