Qualitative research (focus groups, individual interviews):
- Client's needs identification
- Offer design: program methodology, schedule and costs
- Screening questionnaire and discussion guide drafting
- Coordination with OP dept. for participants recruitment and project logistics arrangement
- Interviewers/moderators briefing
- Analysis and report preparation
Quantitative research (online, intercept interviews, phone interviews):
- Coordination of company's publications (China Luxury Forecast, Luxury for Kids)
- Questionnaire drafting
- Fieldwork supervision
- Analysis and report review
Monitoring (pricing, distribution network, offer and product displays)
- Fieldwork preparation: methodology definition and operational brief
