M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, having solid basis of chemistry and chemical engineering, especially for refining, petrochemicals and polymers processing.
Actually Senior Process Engineer, having 8+ years of rich experience in chemical engineering for international oil & gas terminals engineering projects, especially for underground storages. The various projects include different design stages, including technical-economic feasibility study, basic engineering design, project management services of EPC projects, and technical assistance to existing terminals, technical due diligence study etc.
He also has good experience related to international master planning projects for petrochemical hub and chemical industries.
The main experiences include but not limited to:
Project coordination / management leading teams of 3 to 10 persons: project manpower / budget control, project progress / schedule control, project documentation control, coordination with Client / third parties, technical advisory to Client, etc.
Process design & review, including: process conceptual design, process simulations, process flow diagram (PFD), piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID), equipment sizing, specifications and data-sheets, waste water treatment, and vapour treatment, etc.
Hazard and Operability studies (HAZOP), risk analysis, risk assessment etc.
Procurement activities: material requisition document, technical bid evaluation, procurement follow-up, pre-inspection / FAT (factory acceptance test) / SAT (site acceptance test) etc.
Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up
R&D: including methodologies review / development, evaluation of available technologies, new materials research, etc.
