En résumé

Spécialiste des pédagogies actives, j’ai acquis une expérience professionnelle de plus de trente ans donc 14 dans le monde de la banque et de l'assurance.
Homme de terrain, j'ai parcouru tous les échelons de Programmeur à Directeur de Projet et Consultant Stratégique. J’ai complété ma formation par des certifications professionnelles de coaches (CPCC, PCC, Coach & Mentor CoachWise etc…).
Trilingue ( Polonais, Anglais) et d'un excellent relationnel j'ai enseigné le coaching, la Supervision des coaches et Mentoring a l'Université.

J'ai construit et exécute des formations diverses notamment aux techniques de communication, de gestion des projets et des compétences managériales.
J'ai aussi l'expérience de divers domaines de coaching en tant que: exécutive coach, coach de carrière, interculturel coach etc…).
