Basic data generation: data used for site modeling and models generation
Planning: site optimization. monthly, yearly and economic reviews
Scheduling: site daily operation, from crude selection to final product liftings
Product blending: simulation/optimization of component usage, blend rules
Masterplanning: business / technology / economic reviews e.g. for investments
etc.
Management of tools helpdesk including development of new support business model with external providers. In charge of functional specifications for tool developments/improvements.
Contribution to projects as lead or team member: Refinery Scheduling, masterplan projects for Oil/Chemical sites, basic data modeling, etc
Project Team lead of multicultural staff (Malaysia/India) for scheduling implementation in Singapore
Various contributions as expert in several areas: lecturer on planning training course, write up of refinery scheduling training (business processes, etc), write up of tools test scripts, coaching of new remote resources in scheduling tool (Orion) during projects.

Paris2005 - 2006Implementation projects in three countries of AspenTech tools for refinery scheduling (Orion/MBO), as domain expert and then team lead. This includes as well integration with Refinery/Supply interfaces e.g. stocks, liftings, etc and business process implementation.
For the pilot project, design of integration framework covering refinery businesses for planning, scheduling, basic data, pricing and demand.
Development and monitoring of various project plans.
