    Main activities and responsibilities:
    - Identify and create target lists of potential prospects and consult with Consultants.
    - Source and identify companies that Consultants have not yet met with locally and add them to the Consultant’s target list.
    - Execute business development calls and arrange meetings for Consultants.
    - Cooperate on new business development action plans, including market research.
    - Actively cooperate in all business initiatives aimed at promoting Pedersen & Partners’ brand in new markets.
    - Actively work with all social media and groups – LinkedIn, Plaxo, Xing & reviewing e-news in researching new potential prospects and suggest to the Consultant for inclusion in the BD target list.
    - Actively read all electronic news related to the search of potential clients at the country level.

    Main activities and responsibilities:
    - Gather data about companies and executives by phone, web search, etc.
    - Find the appropriate candidates for the assigned search, using the database, but also searching the internet and the market within the companies from the same field of activity as the client company, as well as within the related departments from companies belonging to different activity field.
    - Extensive usage of internet, telephone, inner database, printed media.
    - Support of consultants for effective handling of projects.
    - Registration of CV’s and companies into the database.
    - Verify, modify and codify current information
