En résumé

I have a 17 years working experience in the automotive field (PSA Peugeot CITROEN, DPCA, CAPSA, QOROS/CQAC,Great Wall Motor) with two MASTERs II degrees : Electrical and Project Manager. I have a good knowledge of international working methods that have enabled me to participate in strategically and financially important projects within China within Electric / Electronic Department & Industrialization Department. I integrated my full time work with part-time university studies.

During my various experiences, I have acquired the following skills: taking initiatives and making technical decision based on cost & function plus working in intercultural contexts. I have also had the opportunity to manage technical development teams.

  • Great Wall Motor (Boading - China) - Chief Engineer for Test & Validation in Electric/Electronic (E/E)

    2014 - maintenant Re- Engineering of Test Process within E/E Engineering Division
     Test & Development clean-up process: Development, training & implementation of entire Vehicle group the T&D process.

    Accomplishment:Helped to meet the time line on component level, subsystem level and vehicle level test. Issues reduced in the production and fields by 9% to 11%

     Subsystem bench, System bench or Lab car: Built Network bench, Body bench with HIL. Built Lab car bench in record time (1 year) from scratch to quotation, suppliers selection, budget approval and building the bench with the supplier.

    Accomplishment:That reduced testing timing by 4 months and also issues resolution time to 1 week

     Vehicle Intensive Testing: With the new vehicle test development process, created more than 1000 Test cases for Infotainment, ADAS, and found more than 100 issues before production.

    Accomplishment:These issues were resolved by suppliers before SOP with the help of SE meeting with Component Owners, Test & Validation and Suppliers

     Functional Safety (FUSA) and Cyber Security:
    These are new processes and new technologies, I have exposure in working in GWM.

    Functional Test:
     Vehicle testing for traditional & PHEV vehicles
     Defined the Roadmap to set up Lab Car test platform along with the HIL test bench
     Defined the Roadmap to set up The Vehicle Testing process based on Functional (includes Body / Chassis functions) & Free driving testing
     Responsible for Error Management regarding creating tickets for defects found, assuring the correct retest of the announced defects as well as providing any additional support requested by suppliers/design team in the analysis of defects.
     Supported Integration and Testing Process definition, implementation and continuous improvement for Parts Management, Change Management, Supplier Delivery Process, Test Platform Commissioning, and SW Release Process - Function Release Step (FRS)
     Supported Platform Testing Strategy definition and implementation across multiple vehicle programs

     Overall responsible for the complete EE testing for the vehicle development lifecycle of brands SEDAN / Hatchback / SUV. Testing included Network Testing, Body / Infotainment Sub-System Testing, EE Integration System Testing, and Vehicle Intensive Testing.

    Nanterre 2009 - 2010  Ensure the feasibility of a multi-sources (Fuel cell / EV / super capacitor) electrical vehicle project
     Multicultural management of a team of 12 members:
    Select the candidates , assess the technical knowledge of the team members and define the training program
     Selection suppliers (by Statement of Requirement SOR) of Motor, batteries and super capacitor

    Accomplishment:
    Mule car built and all the project objectives were met successfully

    Nanterre 2000 - 2007 Launch, leader & Project management

     Vehicle test leader team: Organize EE system validation plan, monitor progress of test validation – VIT (Vehicle Intensive testing) & Lab car. Approve the release of test report. Lead technical issues resolution and follow up EE start up faults in ERROR data base for issue tracking and allocation to SE teams, and check & approve deviation sample for design validation
     System integration – Test & Validation module leader: Lead complete VIT team from Design to SOP. Perform Functional, performance & homologation testing by static, dynamic & free driving.
     System Engineer Verification & Validation: Component testing & integration testing
     Simultaneous Engineering: Process flow chart , timing plan for EE component development & interaction with supplier
     EE Launch Coordinator: EE issues management & change management Resolve plant issues including Electrical, Mechanical, GD&T, Welding points etc, part of problem resolution team.
