    - Audit of the organization & Process
    - Improvement proposals

    Field Cash Reporting Manager (current pozition)

    LBSAS: 248 accounts - 45 countries - 3.5 billions € balance
    LBI:181 accounts - 16 countries - 5 billions € balance

    International missions - USA (Morristown), Cameroon, Madagascar, Mali, Ivory-Coast, Romania

    - Managing 27 Accountants and Supervisors around the world irelated to FCR process
    - Setup an efficient FCR organization
    - Field cash optimization
    - Ensure compliance of the bank and cash accounts

    tasks:

    - Project definition, setup organization, process management , documentation
    and resource allocation
    - Improve the FCR management and accounting quality thru an FCR action plan
    - Reporting the progress of FCR plan to LBI CFO and BGH Accounting System
    Manager
    - Identify project risks and planning with appropriate people to resolve them
    - Follow-up the monthly closing in coordination with FCR supervisors
    - Reconcile the FCR vs GL
    - Report the monthly FCR review for LBI and LBSAS
    - Internal controls and audits
    - Support to LBI CFO for the field cash management & optimization
    - Analyse and approve the replenishments
    - Global accounting and financial review for all the transactions of the period on a monthly basis
    - Follow-up of the accountants performance
