- Responsible for developing an innovative, effective and performing trade plan mainly focused on Fragrances and Make Up
- Creation of a local sell-out animations within a budget: creative brief for marketing tools development, specific in-store events (roadshows, pre-launch, exclusive launch), GWP mechanics, results evaluation
- Budget commitment follow-up (1400 k€), GWP and sampling strategy and follow up: profit-oriented approach

- Marketing Coordination with Central Corp. Makeup Team: recommendation & development requests
