She has 25+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, including 20+ years in Pfizer Global Supply (PGS).
Isabelle has a broad experience in Manufacturing Organization, as part of Manufacturing Sites in France (Production & Packaging Leader, New and Innovative Technology and Engineering projects, New Products Introduction and Product Optimization projects, and Quality Assurance Team Leader/Qualified Person) both in Solid Forms and Aseptic technologies. In addition to Pfizer, she worked for Sanofi-Synthelabo and Aventis.
She moved to PGS- Center organization in NYO in Global Manufacturing Service (GMS) in 2002.
As GMS Lead for numerous years, she has been the primary GMS point of engagement for PGS Operating Unit and manufacturing sites providing leadership and expertise for technology and innovation initiatives, and ensuring appropriate priority and resources are assigned to site technical projects and issues.
As GMS Leads Team Leader, she also assured coordination, alignment and synergies of the GMS Leads Team, with focus on colleagues’ engagement, development and communication
During that time, Isabelle also led cross-functional, multi-cultural technical project teams and has been coordinating the Manufacturing Lifecycle Plan (MLP) Business Process Program for PGS for 20 major products in collaboration with the BUs with the vision to assure product value optimization throughout its lifecycle.
Since April 2013, she leads a Team within Small Molecules Technical Projects Team (SMTPL). The Team members lead complex, highly technical cross-functional projects both for new products introduction and marketed products improvement.
She also coordinates the Technology Team Leader role (TTL is accountable for the overall Technology Strategy supporting the PPL in achieving the Business value optimization of the product) for 50 products across Oncology, GIP and GEP Businesses.
