As Logistic project leader, I was responsible of the SAP R3 rollout for the Outbound Logistic French Division.
Main achievements & success was the SAP implementation accross 3 factories and 5 majors external warehouses which were holding finished goods stock; and more than 20 hauliers involved in delivering goods to the Masterfooods French customers
Being the interface between the local team and the international global team who did the system set up, was a big challenge. It meant rolling out an agreed unique business process, minimizing local requirements, but at the same time ensuring the business could go on.
Critical success factor : no out of stock at our customers, no disturbance in stock management.

Unisabi (previous name of Mars Petfood - part of Mars Inc)
Unisabi produces & distributes petcare & petfood for the European market.
I was managing a team of 6 persons.
Responsibilities : Raw & Pack material stock management, just in deliveries to the 3 petfood factories located in France. Minimizing obsolete stock & slow moving stock.
Developping Supplier Integration within the Inbound pipeline.
Supplier Integration meant :
Agreeing business processes with specific suppliers, in order to minimize the total pipeline stock level. This was done by introducing new processes such as sharing short but as well medium term plannig datas with suppliers, letting them replenishing the stock. This led to a lean pipeline in terms of information management and a optimal stock level of relevant items.

I was managing the site R&D and Process Development Department.
I held this role, at the very start if the factory.
It meant implementing the complete process control & quality control systems for the new production site; training the new team members, as well as production operators .
It meant as well to set up the new recipes in accordance to the Waltham standards (in terms of health & nutrition), by taking into account the specifications of the local raw materials bought.
I really enjoyed those 2 years : it was a real challenge, a fantastic time, being a pioneer.
I am particularly proud of being able to speak fluently Italian within less than a year.

Effem Kft Hungary (nowadays called Mars Hungary) produces petfood mainly for Central Europe, as well as for Western Europe.
I was managing the site R&D and Process Development Department.
I held this role, at the very start of the factory.
It meant implementing the complete process control & quality control systems for the new production site; training the new team members, as well as production operators .
It meant as well to set up the new recipes in accordance to the Waltham standards (in terms of health & nutrition), by taking into account the specifications of the local raw materials bought.
I really enjoyed those 18 months : it was a real challenge and first ever time I had to work with colleagues with another culture & mindset.
I've been able to build a complete nework accross the European sites to get support & build on my expertise with the help & competences of my European colleagues.
Speaking Hungary is not easy at all, but I managed to make understable for my Hungarian colleagues : communication & understanding each other was not a problem. This was a great achievement.

After a 6 months traineeship, I took over the process engineer role for the drypetcare site located in France.
I was responsable for managing several projects investments in process area. I worked on extrusion process, as well as on spraying system.
This first introduction to project management made it clear to me that team work, ahead thinking are key for success.
