    MONDRAGON 2016 - 2017 Davidson consulting company on behalf of Rolls Royce.

    ELSA Project at Rolls Royce office (Grenoble, FRANCE)
    Rolls Royce lump sum contract for the project management, engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation of a new Instrumentation and Control (I&C) system for the Loviisa Nuclear Power Plan (Finland). The equipment consists in 6 Safety Class Systems and 3 Non-Safety Systems: implemented into 100 electrical cabinets. The engineering is divided into 3 parts: System design, Hardware, and Software development.

    Project amount: 200 million euros ($220M).


    • Responsible for a safety system project completion: leading and coordinating an engineering team made up of 10 people.
    • Project Manager of a 3 million euros budget project.
    • Documents production planning and controlling into the document register.
    • Quality control of the engineering process: coordination of the documents creation and update to secure the client approval and avoid rework.
    • Client relationships management: requirements collection, recording actions and implementations follow up in order to reach the customer satisfaction.
    • Taking decisions to ensure the respect of the Schedule and the Budget.
    • Procurement validation, coordination and control to reach the delivery milestones.
    • Cabinet’s fabrication and test follow up.
    • Listing risks and opportunities with mitigation associated, into the risks and opportunities log.
    • Setting up and leading gate reviews with the client to validate the termination of the project main phases (e.g. end of detailed design or cabinets’ shipment acceptance).
    • Packing and shipment organization to deliver the 4 cabinets to Finland.
    • Roadmap update to coordinate and communicate the project main Milestones to the team.
    • Driving weekly progress meeting and communicating the minutes to the team.
    • Planning and controlling Cost in collaboration with the Project Cost Controller.
    • Monthly project reporting presentation with the Project Manager to review the actual project status and the forecast actions.
  • De Beers - Project Planning Engineer

    Paris 2015 - 2016 “R&R Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and Contractors” on behalf of De Beers Marine.

    ARDC Project at De Beers Marine office (Cape Town, SOUTH AFRICA)
    De Beers lump sum contract for the project management, engineering, procurement, fabrication and assembly of a new sampling vessel for De Beers Namibia. The vessel equipment consists in a 200 tons seabed tool of 15 meter high, a 500 tons launch and recovery system of 20 meter high and 4 treatment plants of 700 tons of steel. All these structures will be assembled on a 100 meter long brand new vessel.

    Project amount: 2,3 Billion Rand ($170 M)


    • Responsible of the progress collection and implementation into Primavera P6 to update the progress report.
    • Weekly meeting with project contract managers to collect the progress and update the schedule forecast.
    • Managing and updating a 5000 Activities schedule with Primavera P6.
  • Technip - Planning Engineer

    Paris 2014 - 2015 Projet subsea pour le compte de TECHNIP.
    Mise à jour et développement du planning d’installation des conduites rigides et des flexibles.
  • Spie Batignolles - Pilote de Chantier

    Neuilly-sur-Seine 2013 - 2013 Chantier de construction du centre de recherche EDF à SACLAY pour le compte du groupement d’entreprises SPIE-SCGPM et BESIX.
    Planification des études d’exécutions tout corps d’état: construction du planning TCE à partir des dossiers marché et intégrations des contraintes des sous-traitants.
    Construction du planning des travaux tout corps d’état : Développement d’un planning de 8000 activités sur MS Project 2007. Montant du projet : 200 Millions d’euros.
    Compétences acquises : Direction de réunions, Rédaction de Comptes-rendus, Gestion des Sous-traitants.
  • EIFFAGE - Contrôleur de Projet

    Vélizy-Villacoublay 2011 - 2013 Chantier Fondation Louis Vuitton pour le compte D’EIFFAGE CM.
    Planification et suivi du lot 15 : montage de 1500 tonnes de charpente métallique, 1000 tonnes de structure inox et pose de 13500 m² de verrière. Mise à jour du planning, construction de courbes d’avancement et reporting hebdomadaire. Coordination des études, de la fabrication et du montage des 12 verrières. Construction et contrôle du plan de charge de l’usine d’assemblage. Montant du projet : 90 Millions d’euros.
    Compétences acquises : planification du travail, rigueur d’analyse, communication, reporting.
  • ANTEA - Ingénieur géotechnicien

    Olivet 2010 - 2010 Ingénieur géotechnicien stagiaire en bureau d’étude infrastructure, ANTEA Guadeloupe :
    Surveillance d’un barrage en terre, rédaction de missions géotechniques type G12, maîtrise d’œuvre et audit qualité.
