2008 - maintenantAdvise on the management of the members of the firm (lawyers and Business Services) regarding all issues in relation to HR, learning and development, in collaboration with the directors and the team managers within the firm.
Recruitment in collaboration with the relevant Managers and Directors: drafting of job offers, CVs screening, interviews, preparation of offers and contracts, relationships with the recruitment agencies (negotiate commercial contracts, share information on the desired profiles, point of contact until the recruitment is finalised), temporary staff management.
Contract management: follow-up integration, ensure day-to-day relationships.
Annual appraisals: monitoring and participation to meetings.
Learning & Development: dealing with the follow-up of the “Formation Professionnelle Continue” under the French law rules.
International mobility management: drafting of secondment contracts, coordination with consultants on taxation and immigration issues, secondees' first point of contact.
Participation in annual salary reviews.
Project management: involved in the local roll-out of the online recruitment and appraisals new systems (implementation of the new processes, users’ trainings).
Supervision of 4 HR assistants & coordinators.
