Management of the 3 departments of the Operations Control and implementation of an OCC with expanded skills :
1/ Operations and Customer Flight Support
- Worldwide Operations Monitoring to ensure best on time performances and customer experience.
- Station’s Customer Flight Support. Using ALTEA and AMADEUS. As OCC manager, I am also in charge of the training for business aspect for Customer Flight Support team.
- Departure Control System (DCS) Management for all stations.
- Coordination of disruption management as Operations schedule disruption taking into account airplane limitations, airplane flight time potential, technical feasibility, Crew Flight Time Limitation, surbook management…
2/ Flight Dispatch and Flight Watch
- Flight Dispatch (including long haul ETOPS flight worldwide)
- Flight Following
3/ Crew Regulation
- Daily Crewing
- Hotel and Shuttle management
- In charge of Schedule, Recruitment, Training, evaluation and monitoring of OCC staff in accordance with IOSA specificities.
- Provide documentation follow-up of Operational Manual A and C, in partnership with the Flight Support Department.
- Mastery of Lufthansa System's LIDO 4D software (training at Lufthansa System). I am also in charge of the training of the dispatchers and of the Flight Support Department for this software.
- Regarding the OCC operations follow-up, I also have good skills and knowledge on the following softwares : APM, iPORT, WDS, JEPPESEN Jetplanner, ALTEA INVENTORY et LSS, AMADEUS RESA.
- In charge of contract for overflight permit
- Project management
- Strong relation with French civil aviation authority
- In charge of on time performance reporting
In charge of ACMI flight sales including :
- Study (Air Route, Performances and ground Operations feasibility)
- Pricing management
- Handling of short term wet lease in and out
