    - Organize and animated workshop between OTE’s Business users, Sales team, IT department, Infosys and Local partner.
    - Follow up the critical phases and associated delivery of the project: Capture of the requirement, High Level design, Detail design, Development, SIT, UAT and GO live.
    - Coaching our local partner, minimized communication gap between our local partner, client and offshore team in India
    - Management and follow up budget, contracts, project margins, invoices, resources and risks

    Atlas 2 migration for BNP emergency countries (Senegal, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Gabon, Mali & Egypt)
    Atlas2 is the BNPP core information system banking covering the retail banking, finance and investment business, it is used by 125 banks in 66 territories ( more than 3000 modules)
    Entry point for BNPP subsidiary stakeholders: CIO, Secretary General and CEO
    Planning, Tracking and Monitor project phases ( regression , integration, UAT, change management, go live and warranty period ), Follow up KPI, mitigate risks/issues in program level
