Born in Brittany (Bretagne) in a city called "Brest" where my father worked for the French Navy (Marine Nationale) I grew up moving between different cities like Brest, Cherbourg, Toulon, La Réunion (Le Port), La Martinique (Fort de France) then Paris, where I finished my studies at EPITA as System/Network Engineer. Then I've started to work as a C language developer for a small but dynamic company called NEWLOG. I was developing on a massive parallel Backup Software (OpenBackup, Arkeia), selling it and managing a support team. Then when the source code (of this backup software) was bought by SOPRA, they "bought" me too :). Since december 1997 I worked for SOPRA/Axway, located in Annecy.
I started as a R&D developer (Sys-Save/eSave), then product manager (Sentinel), then marketing product (BAM), I spent 6 months as PSO engineer in San Francisco for Wells Fargo customer (Installing Axway Sentinel, a data flow monitoring/dashboard) . Now I'm working for the internal Axway operations, supporting business collaborators on Business Object and Salesforce to develop reports, improving BO universes according business needs and other analysis. But even if my name is "le pape" (the pope) and I'm handling all Axway internal data across "universes", I just try to keep my head on my shoulders ;) ... Except when I'm talking about Apple from which I'm a fan addict ...
