Even though I started my career in IT, I have always been passionate about design, conception and creation. I rapidly moved to a more creative work, imagining, conceptualizing and delivering products that would capture the interest of their intended audience. I still code from time to time though, as keeping in touch with the newest technologies in web and app development is pretty exciting and could even come in handy at times.
Bringing delight to the user has become something of an obsession.
Enters the digital age of marketing with new and exciting chalenges. Identifying innovative opportunities, creating multi-channel experiences helping develop practical strategies and skills in order to bring value to users and exceed their expectations.
Through my somewhat unique curriculum, i find myself standing somewhere at the intersection of IT and marketing, being in a unique position to do what I love most : Service and UX Design.
