Key responsibilities:
Marketing, Sales and Business Development:
• Develop effective strategies for winning in a new but competitive environment.
• Create Go To Market and Route To Market strategies.
• Define OEM and IP licensing policies.
• Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs in order to effectively position the Amara Mobile Health solution.
• Interview, hire, train and manage a rapidly-growing team located in multiple time zones.
• Create key sales metrics and develop initiatives to increase productivity.
• Provide leadership, guidance and support for sales related issues.
Sales Operations:
• Build a best in class sales planning and operations organization that will, over time, implement a people oriented but data driven approach to improving overall selling effectiveness and productivity.
• Ensure the disciplined and effective use of sales forecasting and planning tools and provide timely requirements to the organization for ongoing enhancements.
• Manage and maximize an effective compensation program that reflects a strong “pay for performance” culture and reinforces critical business objectives.
Legal:
• Work with key stakeholders, advisors, and counsel to develop and manage the organization’s intellectual capital and IP strategy.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, national, and international corporate laws with the various. structures required to operate in multiple jurisdictions and countries.
• Oversee contracts and management of outside vendors and contractors.
• Identify and retain law firms assisting Amara (Corporate and IP).
Other back end operations:
• Manage Human Resources.
• Identify and select internal systems to support the long-term sustainability of the organization.
