Basel2011 - 2013Objectiv: Set Manor as the shopping destination for Sunglasses in Switzerland. This reputation is being built thanks to the introduction of luxus brand as Ray Ban, Versace or Mickael Kors, and on a restructuration of our own brands sortiment.
Due to previous disapointing results, the strategy for our own brands has been restarted from scratch: new suppliers, new way of ordering, new sourcing, new collection and new price pyramid.
Duties:
Setting and development of the sortment of our own brands and of the luxus brands.
Negociation with the suppliers.
Participation to stores visual merchandising.
Following of the production in Far East and Europe.
Delivery and reorders of the products
Analysis of the results in order to optimize the sales.
Shoppings and competition tours.
Results: +50% Turnover index in our own trendy brand thanks to the work done on the collection.

Présent dans plus de 30 pays, Tally Weijl propose depuis 25 ans des collections sexys et tendance dans plus de 680 magasins et 300 corners à travers le monde. Les accessoires représentent 13,6% du CA de la compagnie, avec un objectif de +25% en LFL pour l’été 2011.
Elaboration et suivi du budget global de la Business Unit et de chaque famille des Accessoires ;
Travail avec les acheteurs basés à Paris: Participation aux présentations de collection, élaboration du plan d'assortiment, planification des achats, gestion de l'Open to Buy, validation des délais et des coefficients, calcul des mises en place initiales, détection et calcul des réassorts. Analyses des résultats ;
Travail avec le service Approvisionnement: optimisation de l'allocation des produits; élaboration des stratégies de vente.
