- First SAGEMCOM microwave device (SLF H) able to transmit Gigabit Ethernet
frames at 900 mbps through radio link (frequencies between 6 GHz to 32 GHz), by using XPIC feature.
- First SAGEMCOM device compliant with Metro Ethernet forum specifications
(MEF9 and MEF14 in EPLINE and EVPLINE modes)
-Responsible on the realization of the embedded software of the product, able to transmit E1s and gigabit Ethernet frames.
oManagement of a team of 10 people including software developers and integrators.
o Responsible for the development of the embedded software.
o Responsible for setting up an integration platform allowing to realize automatic tests. (3000 tests defined)
o Responsible for writing integration test plan.
o Responsible for following problems mentioned by SAGEM’s customers.
o Specifications of Ethernet features to embed in the device. (VLAN classifications, according to IEEE 802.1ad, 802.1p, etc.)
- Responsible for setting up a software development team (6 people) in Shenzhen (China)
o Training of the team on the current software architecture.
o Training of the team on the way of integrating properly the system
o Several trips to China have been organized.
- Several moves to foreign countries for helping technically commercial teams into Selling properly our product. (Spain for Indra Company, India for Tata, Motorola and Reliance companies, etc…)

Software integration expert from 01/2007 to 07/2007: Setting up UMTS protocol stack on a new hardware platform.
In a small team (4 people), participation for porting SAGEM UMTS protocol stack on a new hardware board (Texas Instruments Board).
Definition and realization of UMTS software integration tests.

- Responsible for guarantying the reliability and the quality of embedded software delivered to Operator companies, for acceptance.

- Setting up software processes in order to respect our plannings, and to improve quality of embedded software of our products. These methodologies have been applied by all software integration teams of the department..

- as part of UMTS project from NEC, for the realization of NEC e616 product, participation in
French integration team for WCDMA and GSM layers 1. Realization of a complete integration platform and more precisely, development of a test software allowing the utilization of TTCN.
Cross sites project: active collaboration with English, Australian and Japanese people.
(several trips performed at Reading in United Kingdom, at Yokohama in Japan and at
Hong Kong in Hutchinson offices (H3G).
