  • Nestlé - Projects and Production Support Engineer

    Marne La Vallée Cedex 2 2014 - 2019 Orbe, Switzerland.
    International technical support for the development and industrialization of new products and technologies, and support of existing assets.
    Primary contact for several main technologies (12 projects = 18 MCHF).
    Engineering lead for the worldwide roll-out of an aroma technology to relaunch Nescafé Original (7 projects = 15 MCHF).
    Permanent engineering and manufacturing assistance of the 28 Nescafé factories.

  • Nestlé - Project Engineer

    Marne La Vallée Cedex 2 2011 - 2014 Dieppe, France.
    2014 – Detailed design of a Micro Roasted Coffee production line (2.6 M€).
    2013 – Ricoré, Ricoré Intense and Bonjour recipes modification (4.2 M€).
    Construction of a building (250m², 2 floors) and implementation of a new production line in a highly sensitive context (market main recipes).
    Scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk and procurement management following Lean and PMI methodologies.
    2011&2012 – Replacement of two coffee extraction lines (2×9 M€).
    Management of a multidisciplinary team (10ees). In charge of studies, meetings, communication, specifications, subcontractors, budget, planning, documentation, quality and safety. Implementation in 12 weeks, 180 people, 40 000h (per line), 0 accident, staff training (70ees) and Vertical Start-up.

  • CBE Group - Project Manager (involved in Túnel Emisor Oriente’s project)

    2009 - 2010 Mexico City, Mexico.
    Implementation of 6 voussoirs’ production factories on 3 sites for 2 Mexican customers (ICA and CARSO) (3 000 m²/factory).
    Technical sales representative of the French company.
    Construction foreman: Management of the teams (3 French technicians and 30 Mexicans workers), the subcontractors, the budget, the planning and the safety of the 6 worksites. Staff recruitment and training. Commissioning of the 6 factories.

  • Philips Lighting France - Project Engineer.

    Suresnes 2008 - 2009 Chartres, France.
    Lean design and implementation of an automotive bulb production line (6 M€).
    Value stream mapping, waste identification and minimization by re-designing the existing line. 14 new machines specifications writing. Subcontractor research and management. Schedule drafting and follow-up. Reception, implementation and startup of the new production line on time.
    Production capacity increase of a rotating machine (200 k€).

  • Commissariat À L'energie Atomique (cea) - Trainee engineer and assistant for a PhD thesis.

    2006 - 2007 Grenoble, France.
    Nanometric systems study with microscopes (MEB and AFM).
    Time saved through the creation of a new working method, development of instruction manuals and training of the staff.

  • Société Berezecki - Stage d’ingénieur « exécutant » dans la Maintenance et la Gestion des Stocks
