Our core activity is to load, store & transport mining commodities that our group is buying to local mines & dispatch
them to various port of loading. In 2014, we exported 215Ktons of copper, cobalt & tin when our import traffic
represents a yearly tonnage of 100Ktons.
* Operate 2 logistics hubs: 6 hectares in Lubumbashi & 25 hectares in Kolwezi- Total: 134 persons.
Both include road/rail access, weighbridges, warehouses, lifting equipment (forklifts, loaders, stackers.)
* Manage our fleet of trucks: fuel tankers (18), acid tankers (4), flat beds (6) & low-bed (1)- 130Ktons/year ;
* Full P&L accountability, define & implement annual budget plans. Coordinate & develop all departments &
ensure operational & strategic goals are achieved.
* Supervise local & international operations, including warehousing activities (sampling, assaying & sieving)
