Reliable inter-system information are very important for the client for many reasons :
-The replenishment project is based on RMS stocks, all components of the stock must be synchronized in SIM and RMS
-The accounting information is gathered in RMS Transaction tables. The used data must represent all the SIM movements and no loss is allowed between the systems
Leading the conception and the development of technical indicators to detect the system discrepancies. Leading several technical and functional workshops to find the issues and plan their installation on Production.
Proposition of a new functional store processes to lower the stock Gaps between SIM and RMS and avoid heavy developments.
Working with the technical GL partners to design the recoveries and proposing a global recovery strategy to GL leads

Preparation of more than 20 waves of deployment of OSIM in the all GL stores.
Participation in the technical week-end operations preceding the opening of SIM in every store (Setting up filters, leading non regression pre-tests of the legacy system, etc).
Field sessions along with the business leaders and assistance to design many improvements of the store processes leading to a better reliability of the core system. Leading a post-deployment second level assistance team (5 members). Validation of key production issues.

The client decided to renew some functionalities of the legacy system and report them in the freshly implemented Oracle system.
Leading brainstorming sessions with the enterprise deciders and GL business leads to understand the motivations of the project. Gathering requirements, analyzing the current business process, providing recommendations and to-be process based on best-practices and as-is process analysis.
Proposition of functional and technical architecture of the new customizations and the necessary new developments. Leading brainstorming sessions with final user’s representatives to finalize and validate the customs’ design.
Mounting a budget and a planning and choosing the service providers after analyzing their commercial propositions
