En résumé

Après l’obtention en 2005 d’un double diplôme ESC/MBA aux Etats-Unis, j’ai intégré le programme Hauts Potentiels de British American Tobacco.

Durant les deux ans du programme, j’ai travaillé sur des missions variées, dans des départements complémentaires, et cela au sein d’un environnement international où l’esprit d’entreprendre est roi.

Dans le cadre du programme, j'ai également obtenu le diplôme du CIMA, une formation anglaise d’expertise comptable.

En 2008, j'ai été promu Finance Manager pour la "Western Europe Area" à Amsterdam. J'étais alors en charge de coordonner les activités de reporting pour les pays de l'Europe de l'Ouest (six marchés), avec le soutien d'une équipe de deux personnes.

Depuis 2010, j'ai rejoint le département d'Audit interne en tant qu'Audit Manager. Mes activités principales s'articulent autour de la conduite d' audits des processus et financiers(équipe jusqu'à 5 personnes) dans les filiales du groupe.

Je parle couramment français, anglais et espagnol.

    - Perform risk assessment to derive scope of audit.

    - Interview employees at all levels in the organization to assess current commercial and financial practices;

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2008 - 2010 o Responsible of the monthly consolidation and reporting in HFM of the financials for Western Europe using Cognos

    o In charge of the Management report, providing Top Team with valuable feedback and analysis to form strategies

    o Coordinated and analyzed annual budget review from End Markets in WE (6 markets)

    o Designed and developed Excel templates, resulting in time saving and greater transparency

  • British American Tobacco - Management Trainee, Graduate Programme

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2005 - 2007 o Operations Finance (Switzerland)
    - Developed an ABC costing model, in order to improve the allocation of expenditures to the business units
    - Created a Business Case for Toll Manufacturing, helping in determining the financial impact for the factory
    - Produced accurate reports on OIE, including variance analysis, allowing better control over the use of resources

    o Brand Marketing
    - Project leader for Pall Mall “Price Cello”, strategic project that helped improving the price positioning of the brand
    - Contributed to increase the brand awareness within the organization through the organization of internal events
    - Participated to the recruitment of new Brand Marketing Executive

    o Marketing Finance
    - Developed a Pricing & Excise tool (analyzing the effect of P&E changes) that reduced the time spent in non value adding activities and make the MF department more reactive
