- Setting-up financial production model aligned with customer business constraints (Catalogue models, fixe prices, T&M, nearshore/offshore delivery...)
- Strategic planning and execution on services provided to customers
- Defining teams organisation to ensure efficient TMA/Project service delivery with a sharp customer focus
- Monitoring service delivery quality by building customer's specific Key Performance Indicators (time to contact, code quality reviews..) and participating actively on internal resource/people development aside internal HR entity.
- Keeping up-to-date technical and functional knowledge (Architecture, Systems and Editor new versions) to ensure leveraging any new business opportunity while facing potential customers with composite backgrounds (DSI, Procurement, Business Program managers and Project Managers)
