As an International Project Manager, I am responsible for studies and implementation projects to extend the scope of GBS worldwide within ENGIE Group :
• Drive best practices design for ENGIE’s Global Shared Services
• Study business cases for the international entities of ENGIE group to increase performance, quality and compliance of the activities of the Shared Services
• Deliver benchmarking exercise on leading Integrated Business Service practices
• Set up new Shared Service Centers in collaboration with the international Business Units
• Ensure compliance with ENGIE group governance principles

o Management of SAP ERP project in 11 countries
o Management of Business Intelligence project for Finance management reporting
o Definition of IS strategy for head office and affiliates
o Creation of adequate and well functioning governance instances
o Creation of a shared Support & Maintenance competence center working for all affiliates in 4 languages
