Laure Pourageaud was appointed Sage Europe Chief People Officer in October 2011 and as a member of the Europe Executive Team.
Previously she was Sage HR Director in France and prior to that led HR coordination in Southern Europe. She has worked for Sage since 2001 with roles in Consulting & Training and in Product Marketing. Before joining Sage, Laure was at the head of vocational training centres near Paris.
She is a teacher at the Edhec Business School and part of the research team of the University. She is also a member of the MBA Advisory Board at the Newcastle University.
In 2011, she has published « Visions of female HR Directors on a changing world » (Pearson Publisher - May 2011) as a co-writer. In June 2010 she received the Special Award of the Entrepreneur HRD by a French HRDs club.
