I'm in charge of the Financial supervision of the Enterprise Data center based in paris supporting all the Global IT. My job has been to restructure the whole pricing of the services catalog and to implement process and control to monitor profitability. I'm in charge of all business case for new investments and contract negociation. In the meantime I supervise all day to day finance operation, budget, actuals, gap analysis. On top, I'm reponsible of the ERP implementation budget for almost 200 mio €. After a role of transition manager, I'm more on a day to day supervising role for operation.




    Accenture if one of the Big 5 leading company in Consulting services with more than 130 000 employee over the world. I'm the finance director for the Resources Business unit covering Europe and latin america.

    I'm responsible of planning process, including Growth and strategy, looking at actuals vs plan delivered put in place action to increase profitability. I have to signed off US GAAP and SOX compliance and working on part of 10q report. Part of my time I have active role on contract negociation for optimization of profitability and risks mitigation. I have a team of 7 Finance Directors over EALA and lead 2 people in my decision support. I have strong interaction with HR and legal to validate payroll affordability and cover any deviation to internal policies.
