• Intercall - Bridge and Telecom Engineer

  * Ensure the configuration, installation and backup of Audio
  conferencing equipment on Linux, Solaris and Windows systems.
  * Level two of bridge incidents and customer requests. Responsible for
  operating and maintaining the network monitoring solution Bigbrother
  Pack Office IT & Telecom skils by an ESXI solution.
  * Local IT administrator, in charge of information system, telecom andVideo conference equipment (Cisco MX300, Polycom HDX8000 and
  group 500)

• Colt Telecommunications - Network Supervision engineer

  2002 - 2004 * Provide supervision and configuration of south European Colt network,
  comprising French, Spain and Italy.
  * Work on DSL (Siemens and Alcatel)
  WDM (ONI 2500 and 7000)
  ATM (Omnistack switchs, administrated by Hp openview)
  SDH (Sagem/Marconi Multiplexer)
  PDH (Nokia and Aeta equipment and administrator)
  * Transmission technical support for customers using Colt bandwidth. ;
  * Supporting and maintaining the network remotely. ;
  * Written technical procedures, allowing a better management of the
  customer incidents

• Colt Telecommunication - Operator of supervision

  1999 - 2002 Within switching department:
  * Responsible for supervision and maintenance of Nortel DMS 100, NAS
  and Siemens PTS equipment.
  * Using protocol analyser like MPA from GN NETTEST and Auroras.

• RSLCOM France - Engineer

  1998 - 1999 RSLCOM France, Responsible for maintenance by remote management
  of routing calls equipment.
