  2008 - 2010 - Support the Work Package Leader by bringing together the Airbus teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Airline Operation) and the Risk Sharing Partners (Tier one suppliers), applying the GRAMS methodology
  - Create and animate the Project Planning (with Microsoft Project, OPX2)
  - Configuration Management: deploy and animate the change process (using ICC tool)
  - Monitor the Frontier, Interface, Installation Drawings release (understanding of DECIMO, IRMAT, PRIMES, PDMLink tools)
  - Manage the interdependencies with Structure teams (Ribs, Covers, Spars, Pylon) and the System teams (xxRD, Fuel, Inerting, FQMS, Test Rig)
  - Monitor the Risks (using Airmis) & the Costs (using OPX2)

• Solystic SAS - Northrop Grumman Group (Alten Contractor) - Validation and Test Engineer

  2006 - 2008 - Integration of a prototype machine ordered by the Deutsche Post.
  - First step of the project in Solystic factory: Created functional verification specifications, performed validation tasks, produced validation test reports, diagnosed failures (with IBM ClearQuest software), controlled software configuration versions
  - Second Step of the project in Deutsche Post sorting center, Nuremberg, Germany: Organized the activities on site; coordinated communication between internal departments, sub-contractors and customer; created and animated the weekly planning (team of 10 Engineers and Technicians, working in 3 shifts)

• Visapix GmbH - Research and Development Software Engineer

  2005 - 2006 - Realized a state of the art study in the field of Camera Calibration (Computer vision, Epipolar Geometry, 3D reconstruction techniques)
  - Proposed Camera Calibration Methods adapted to the specific used cases (real time applications, video surveillance camera, customer environments)
  - Developed the chosen algorithms with Matlab
