    - Configuration Management: deploy and animate the change process (using ICC tool)

    2006 - 2008 - Integration of a prototype machine ordered by the Deutsche Post.
    - First step of the project in Solystic factory: Created functional verification specifications, performed validation tasks, produced validation test reports, diagnosed failures (with IBM ClearQuest software), controlled software configuration versions
    - Second Step of the project in Deutsche Post sorting center, Nuremberg, Germany: Organized the activities on site; coordinated communication between internal departments, sub-contractors and customer; created and animated the weekly planning (team of 10 Engineers and Technicians, working in 3 shifts)

  • Visapix GmbH - Research and Development Software Engineer

    2005 - 2006 - Realized a state of the art study in the field of Camera Calibration (Computer vision, Epipolar Geometry, 3D reconstruction techniques)
    - Proposed Camera Calibration Methods adapted to the specific used cases (real time applications, video surveillance camera, customer environments)
    - Developed the chosen algorithms with Matlab
