    Paris 2011 - maintenant Creation of a new corporate service platform department (Orange Labs Product & Services).
    Started from 0 to 90+ employees’ entity.
    To raise this challenge I have to mix my organization, management, financial, operational and technical skills to reach my P&L and activity efficiency.
    Build organization closed to operations targeting a product quality improvement to increase customer satisfaction. Activity transformed to be now focus on cloud and big data.
    Cloud tenant role for every corporate services (Owner of budget, strategy, architecture, services on-boarding) spread in 2 datacenters.
    Activities managed: Product QoS Improvement (ITIL based), Level 3 support, Release management, Infrastructure and cloud engineering, Development (Java, Php, Bigdata), KPI automation.
    60+ products addressed in 30 countries.

  • Orange - Head of Mobile Multimedia Implementation

    Paris 2009 - 2011 Implementation of Orange Mobile Multimedia services accross its countries (european and african markets) : Mobile Tv, Partnerships (Google, Microsoft, Gameloft, Nokia), applications stores with operator billing, Location based services (Orange Maps), widgets for AMEA, webapps and portals, Games, mobile application development and ecosystem build.

    Strong relation in partnerships, marketing, team management and technical strategic advisor.

    Finally start from 0 to a department of 35 efficient engineers and project managers focused on delivery and business in 2 years.

  • Orange - Head of Livebox (Tv, VOIP and ADSL gateway) Implementation

    Paris 2006 - 2009 Orange multiplay gateway project (ADSL; VOIP; Tv; UMA; Wifi; and so on..) : Livebox - Orange gateway rolled out in 19 countries - 8 millions devices managed .
    Technical director for every evolutions or launch of new boxes.
    Responsible from marketing requirements definition to services roll out in every countries.

    Strong technical knowledges on SIP, Iptv, Wifi, UMA, embedded software, ADSL, fiber, and lot of telecom technologies. Transversal management for around ~ 100+ engineers/managers.
