Creating and developing the consciousness of organizations to make them smarter and more efficient. Humans did it, why not Organizations? They also are living organisms that are competing and trying to survive within their environment. As mankind evolution shows it to us, the openness on the environment is key.
Technology may help us in this quest... as long as we keep the focus on the big question : As humans, how are we going to use the technology to evolve?
