   Expedite a Purchase order by performing an intensive follow up and effective coordination internally with Projects Management team, Engineering, Inspection & traffic Coordinator and externally with Vendor.
   Expedite for delivery of the Materials as per the Purchase order requirements within the agreed delivery period and without any variation.
   Review important milestones from effective date till delivery date, basis, scope, exclusions, payment terms, LD clause, commercial document to be submitted, etc.
   Identify the critical areas of procurement and take corrective action so that vendor/ manufacture can meet the agreed delivery schedule with required quality and without any deviation/variation.
   Prepare project close out report.
  Projects:
  ADCO BAB THAMAMA HABSHAN 2 PROJECT – Abu Dhabi Onshore Oil Company ( ADCO) – The project included infrastructure development of 53 wells at Thamama G and Habshan 2 reservoirs. The project is part of a series of field development projects in Abu Dhabi to increase the production capacity from 1.4 million bpd to 1.8 million bpd. Project Cost 3 Billion USD
   I am responsible for expediting various electrical, piping, valves, mechanical and instrumentation items such as: pipeline gaskets, pipeline flanges, pig launcher, isolating joints, Flare Packages, Telecommunication Systems pipe supports, modification load dispatch, dished head, choke valves, control valves, instrument cables, various flow meters,modification LV and MV Switchgear, Modification SCMS,Instruments modification (WHCP, DCS, ESD and FGS) etc.

  Job Description:

   Expedite material status, engineering document, solve interface issues, perform inspection and FAT for mechanical/process package, (e.g. Non API Pump, API Pump Etc).
   Expedite material status, engineering document, perform inspection and FAT for electrical equipment electrical equipment (e.g. Distribution Panel Indoor and Outdoor, MOV & Contol System, telecommunication system, MV Variable Speed Drive, Busduct LV, etc), electrical/instrument bulk material.
