I have a vision on a best way to interact with the business and customers under my responsibility. I have a quite good ability to advance their request. I have the capacity to manage the launch of new products or new marketing strategies with success in a relative short time. Positions held in Country Manager, Regional Sales and Marketing Manager and Global Strategic Business Development, have required I apply a number of management skills. I have contributed on the development of new business using latest marketing methodologies like Blue Ocean Strategy set up by the INSEAD School. I am a self motivated and driven individual with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. I drove or support sales team with a natural intercultural team building spirit. I am comfortable working with remote team on several continents and different culture.
The main driver of my activities are latest marketing tools concepts and the capacity to set up pertinent KPI and sales follow up execution, value selling, feedback, action planning, pricing management, and customer profitability analysis experience following the ABC (Activities Base Costing) rules and methodologies.
Performance management, set up of pertinent KPI's from targets, strong reviews process, clear roles (JD) and responsibilities.
Strategic vision of business planning and capabilities to set up adapted tools for new products development or new sales process.
Sales project management with a vision from local to global for products and peoples.
I am locate in Paris area with direct flight for any country. I use to travel more than 50% of my time in my actual global position .
