-Contracts Administration-
Contractual relationships with air framers and airlines.
* Aircraft deliveries - administration of install engines delivered to Airbus and Boeing. Variety of communications with air framers and airlines related to concessions.
* Requests from customers related to spare engines and thrust upgrades orders: quoting prices, processing POs, monitoring payments, following up with the delivery, updating databases.
Creation of tracking processes and files for shipping stands and progress payments.
* Project management: specific mission initiated by CFM President related to CFM organization. Mapping, evaluation of situations, proposition of solutions, meetings with involved departments, bid process, meetings with potential suppliers, choice of supplier, implementation of the project.
