In West Africa, the griot is a musician/singer who tells stories to maintain memory and makes think about the concerns of his people.
The association was created around the griot artist Burkinabe Yayi Koulibaly.
Activities of the association:
- Courses and Internship percussion, balafon and dance for adults and children
- Animations in schools and extracurricular
- Organisation of concerts with the group Hakili SIGI, mix of cultures that combines the traditional music of Burkina Faso and modern instruments.
- Manufacture and repair of traditional instruments: djembe, balafon, bara, ngoni
- Partnership with the association DJELEASSO of Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso: organisation of humanitarian projects and of artistic internships.

En Afrique de l'Ouest, le griot est un musicien /chanteur qui a pour fonction de raconter des histoires par lesquelles il maintient la mémoire et fait réfléchir sur les préoccupations de son peuple.
L’association s’est crée autour de l’artiste-griot burkinabé Yayi Koulibaly
Activités de l'association :
- Cours et stages de percussions, balafon, danse pour adultes et pour enfants
- Animations écoles et périscolaire
- Concerts avec le groupe HAKILI SIGI, mélange de cultures qui allie la musique traditionnelle du Burkina Faso et les instruments modernes.
- Fabrication et réparation d’instruments traditionnels : djembe, balafon, bara, ngoni en France et au Burkina Faso
- Partenariat avec l’association DJELEASSO de Ouagadougou, au Burkina Faso : organisation de stages et projets humanitaires.
