    LYON Cedex 03 2012 - maintenant I do direct, administer, and coordinate the internal operational activities of April Canada in accordance with goals, and objectives of the the Board of Directors. I lead and direct the following functions : innovative projects, efficiency of operations, human resources, information systems, finance. I do assist the CEO in the development of the organization that cover projects, operations, HR optimization, financial performance measurement.

  • APRIL CANADA - Vice président & CFO

    2010 - 2012 April Canada est un MGA (Managing General Agent) d'assurances et courtier grossiste Pancanadien dans les risques de niches, travaillant avec les plus grands assureurs mondiaux (Aviva, Lloyd's of London, AXA, Northbridge).

    Présent à Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto et Montréal, April Canada se spécialise dans la souscription d'assurances de risques techniques, dans les niches suivantes : Bateaux de plaisance, Camions/Trucks exposés aux USA, Taxis, Industries et commerces risqués, immobilier, entertainment (cinéma) et en Responsabilité civile professionnelle (selon la Common law).

    April Canada, c'est un groupe de 4 sociétés : April Canada, April Marine Canada (ex-Marine Expert), April Transport (Ex-Eastern Underwriter) et Elco Assurance.

    A titre de VP et CFO, mon rôle consiste a assister le Président dans la mise en oeuvre de la stratégie et l'avancement d'un agenda regroupé autour des grandes fonctions du groupe Canadien, comme le marketing-stratégique, le marketing-réseau, les finances et nos marchés d'assurances

  • APRIL NORTH AMERICA (HOLDING) - CFO / Directeur Financier

    2008 - 2010 April North America, est un holding d'investissement dont la mission a consisté en l'acquisition de sociétés Canadiennes afin de servir d'outil de développement d'April Group en Amérique du Nord.

    Plus spécifiquement, notre mission a consisté en l'identification, l'acquisition et le développement de sociétés de courtage grossiste dans les risques techniques complexes.

    Les principales actions réalisées durant 2 années ont été, l'Acquisition de 5 sociétés, 3 fusions et la mise en place de stratégies marketing, de plans d'affaires et la structuration de fonctions supports pour servir de base à un accroissement des activités d'April en Amérique du Nord.

    Mon rôle consistait en tant que Directeur financier a apporter mon expérience dans le domaine financier, afin de structurer les grandes fonctions financières de surveillance de la performance et du contrôle interne.

    Par ailleurs, j'ai eu la chance de participer activement et assez rapidement, en tant que 'bras droit' du président, aux autres grandes missions dévolues à cette organisation nord américaine.
