SUMMARY

As “Partner Program and Certification” director in Orange Business Services, I am responsible for strategic Partners certification worldwide and related business margin improvement programs. In my current position, I define and run the governances that frame the relationship with Partners, at both operational and executive levels.

In this rapidly changing world of Telecom evolving to Cloud, I drive my team with passion to build new common business models. My leadership, interpersonal skills & negotiation skills contribute to manage complex projects with transversal teams in a multicultural environment.

After 15 years in Orange Group, I have acquired a strong experience in a wide range of Sales support activities through Pricing, Sourcing , Partner certifications... this as well as my prior experiences helped me build my own confidence in driving projects to success. My mojo remains the International.

  • Orange Business Services - Partnership Program & Certification Director

    Paris 2010 - maintenant Responsible for Orange Business Services Global Certifications strategy with strategic Partners Cisco / Microsoft / Avaya / Riverbed / Polycom / Alcatel..., aiming at benefitting from the maximum upfront discount, back-and rebates & marketing funds available. Manage a team of 6 persons based in France and India for this.

    Main achievements: 4/6 Partners added to the portfolio. Since 2010 the incremental profit margin to date is 9M$ & overall rebate earnt are between 12M$ to 19 M$ a year over 4 years.
  • Orange Business Services - Partner Program Manager

    Paris 2007 - 2010 Responsible for the Cisco maintenance contract « co-brand » implementation. Built the operational follow-up and the team to manage rebate optimization. This contract required to master Key Performance Indicators to trigger Cisco back-end rebate payment.

    Main achievements: Created a new pole of activity from India with a team of 11 people and managed activities. Margin engendered: 1,5 M$

  • Orange Business Services - Customer Project Buyer

    Paris 2006 - 2007 Negotiate best buying conditions with suppliers for customer big accounts (upfront discount). Facilitate international customer projects implementation for more than 30 customer opportunities (contract terms & conditions, delivery time, incoterm, tax, currency exchange...)

    Main achievements: +14% business savings (3M$ savings over 21M$). Launched the Sourcing activities on the international perimeter for Orange Business Services. Learnt Sourcing 7 steps.
  • Equant - Senior Pricing Analyst

    Bidart 2003 - 2005 Produce per product & per country market analysis, with related costs structure, in order to define the Pricing strategy for the Network Services business unit. Provide Sales and commercial Managers with the relevant tools to price & cost the products, and answer internal stakeholders requests on a day to day basis.

    Main achievements: Created 4 complex excel tools to the use of Sales and Commercial Managers.
  • Global One - Access Pricing Analyst

    2000 - 2003 Realize countries access market analysis by comparing local access suppliers prices. Provide access prices to Sales people worldwide on a day to day basis for about 2500 Sales people. Later on set-up and manage a 16 people team in France to supply the access prices worldwide.

    Main achievements: WEB ALC tool conception, creation & launch. Tool providing automatic pricing to Sales (access providers prices algorithms), improving the team KPI & Sales efficiency. Recruited, trained, & managed a team of 16 people to run pricing activity.

  • Histoire et Collections - Sales Export

    1999 - 2000 Develop all export activities (right selling, distribution, exhibition fairs...)
    Organize 15 exhibition fairs per year worldwide and manage the activities until till reconciliation. Sell books & magazines, manage & sell royalties, arrange distribution (in US & UK) & consolidate financial statistics

    Main achievements: 15 exhibition fairs set-up in a year in the world (from building stands to selling the goods to customers & selling royalties)
  • S'cape for Publicis - Project Manager

    1998 - 1999 plasmas screens needed to be promoted in public places (museums, train stations, monuments...) all over UK & Germany.
    Main achievements: Managed 10 plasmas products rotation over 2 countries in 23 different sites. Mission accomplished within 3 weeks, before the month deadline and followed-on with punctual Marketing events contribution.
