As OOsphere CTO, I have to choose and validate technicals architectures and developments frameworks.
I had to do some refactoring in large applications that needs changes dued to :
- performance problems
- business rules changes
- bad architecture design
I often give courses and an important part of my work consists in coaching junior java developpers to help them (best practices, code review, ...).
