    ➢ Implementation in France of the HR business partnering model, post merge Acergy Group/Subsea 7
    ➢ Management (+40 p.) of international team for HR and other various activities : contractors, travel, communication, expats occupational health, facilities management – commuting France / UK on a bi-weekly basis, frequent travels abroad to support projects (ex : Nigeria, Angola, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Brazil, etc.)
    ➢ HR activities : HR politics & strategy for France and GPC & AP, talent acquisition, recruitment & onboarding, talent and performance management, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, disciplinary matter and litigations, reward, payroll, collective negotiations et reps relations (unions, work council/CSE), internal communication and external relations
    ➢ Management of HR projects as media plan, conversion program, SAP migration, diversity, management development program, festival of learning, expatriation policy, international mobility fair, redundancy plans, restructuring & reorganization, etc.
     2011 to 2014 : attract, retain and develop people to support the expected growth (HC up to 1 500 p.)
     2014 to 2016 : Oil&Gas downturn : preparation, negotiations and execution of 2 redundancy plans (c. 450 p.), including plan for voluntary leavings and economic dismissals
     2016 : restructuring and merge of 2 business units located in France and UK : new organization, change management, cultural awareness, etc. . engagement plan stimulating people (employee opinion survey + action plan, salary survey, reshaping of working conditions, etc.) ; set up and staffing of a Malaysian engineering centre
     Since 2020 : due to the COVID-19 crisis + oil price crash : management of a new redundancy plan, to be implemented in 2020 – reorganization of the Asia-Pacific region
