  2009 - 2011 In charge of developing a cross-platform software for the visualization and analysis of microscope images, whose main users will be biologists. The software includes other features such as cell segmentation, cell tracking and lineage extraction.

• SEBAsia, subsidiary of SEB Group - Sourcing Project Engineer

  2005 - 2008 SEBAsia is a purchasing office of SEB Group with a strong willingness of the Group management to relocate the responsibility in the development of Asian finished products and components from the factories all around the world to SEBAsia during the past 2 years:
  
  Feb 08-Present: Sourcing Project Engineer in the Components Team:
  -Project leader for standardizing the working ways of the sourcing of subsets in Asia with the different factories of the Group and the teams in SEBAsia.
  -Project leader of the Supplier Quality Development Program: working with 5 Chinese suppliers to enhance their skills in terms of organization, process and quality management to prevent the quality issues and to reduce their non-quality cost.
  
  Oct 06-Feb 08: Sourcing Project Engineer in the Finished Products Team (OEM & ODM projects):
  -Follow up of 6 finished products suppliers in Guangdong Province, regarding products development, quality and logistic issues.
  -Project leader for setting up tools to standardize the process of the development of sourced products among the different teams in SEBAsia and the different Business Units of the Group.
  
  Nov 05-oct 06: Quality Engineer
  -Project leader for the setting up of the follow up of our Chinese suppliers regarding social accountability (audits, action plans, training), certificate of SA8000 training completion.
