Madeleine began her career as a language teacher at Geneva University. She is then hired as the European Language Training Manager for an IT international company and discovers the impact of communication on the organizational performance.
Her activity is extended to Skills and Management Training. She specialises in Professional Communication and decides to train in this field. She first graduates as an NLP Practitioner and then becomes certified in Transactional Analysis.
She started her own business in 1994, founding LTCO, a consulting company specialised in Human Relations Training. Her main customers are multinational organisations. Her activities in Switzerland, England, in the Eastern countries, Greece, North Africa and in the Middle East, consist mainly in developing seminars,in coaching and supervising individual and teams in various domains like IT, Scientific research, Food industry, Data Processing, Aviation and Hospitals.
She has created a concept: "The Emerging change " which allows the elaboration, recognition, implementation and follow-up of various types of organizational communication contracts. Since 2000, she is a founder member of GATE, (Group of Transactional Analysts in Organisations) to promote and
develop management skills and pro active collaboration within the team.
Since 2005, she has opened "The School of Emerging Change" to train Transactional Analysts and HR Consultants to organisational dynamics and diagnosis.
She is the author of a management book called "Les clefs du dialogue hiérarchique" published by Dunod Interéditions published in September 2015.
