    2015 - 2016 The roles of the Profiler are to:

    1) Help Inside Sales Representatives to gain time on prospecting by sourcing right contacts on their clusters (cold calling).

    2) Take contact details from our marketing activities including events, website and campaigns. This role is instrumental in ensuring that prospects who have shown interest in Concur are routed to the right Inside Sales Representative for phone follow up as soon as possible.

    For both roles, goal is to complete necessary profiling information about leads, accounts & contacts through a mix mainly of internet and database research but via phone as necessary.
