    London 2015 - maintenant My research is focused on metabolic profiling using LC-MS and LC-MS/MS techniques. I'm focusing on optimising sample preparation methods and developing untargeted and targeted assays, with the ultimate goal of expanding metabolome coverage.
    My projects are predominately under the themes of obesity and inflammatory bowel disease, but also nutrition.

  • Imperial College of London - PhD in Nutrimetabonomic

    2012 - 2015 My PhD project aims to study the link between cholesterol catabolism (oxysterols/bile acids), gut microbiome, obesity and metabolic syndrome.
    UPLC-MS and MS/MS detection was the principal analytical approach used for this purpose.
