  Paris 2011 - 2012 on the Imouraren Uranium Project, the scope of work of this project is the Construction of new complex including an open pit mine, a uranium ore treatment plant (sulphuric acid plant) to produce yellow cake with the associated infrastructures for the final client AREVA. The management of this project was done between PARIS and NIGER.
  I ensure that, during project execution, contractual requirements are fully addressed up to final acceptance of works and completion of all project close-out activities:
  * Manage contractual and construction correspondences from and to contractors,
  * Manage contract changes (Variations requests, Work Orders, Amendments),
  * Supervise, check contractors invoicing process ;
  * Confer with project staff, site supervisors to follow construction progress of subcontractors as per contractual planning covering all project disciplines,
  * Discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action via clarification meetings completed with MOM.
  * Evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations ;
