SHELL
- Telecommunications Engineer
Paris1996 - 2000In charge of telecom infrastructure for Shell in France, supporting all Data (X25, Lan, leased lines) and Telephony links.
Also main contact in Shell France for Telecom needs providers (France Telecom, Cegetel, Equant)
Even if this function was focused on day to day operations (Telephony, Lan, Provider, it also included achievement of major projects:
-Setup of a new building network and telephony infrastructure.
-Migration at the main office to 100Mb/s Lan including cabling system
-Creation of a Call Center (100 agents / 8000 calls per day)
