I am personally involved in operational missions (lead on technical budget and firm tenders, project manager for the supply of electrostatic coalescer internals and proprietary equipment, inspections/installation of proprietary equipment in manufacturer’s workshop, on-site missions such as installation, precom/commissioning, startup, troubleshooting , survey and training), request of quotation for proprietary equipment as well as main supplier follow-up, research of proprietary equipment suppliers.
> I set up the price quotation during the budget and firm bidding phase for the quotation
> As the expert of the electrostatic coalescer technology, my main tasks are as follows:
• Supporting and managing the technical engineers and technicians of the department in all of their activities
• Checking, optimizing and validating the flowsheet and the design of the processes during the quotation phase
• Performing the checking of the documents of all disciplines (process, project, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, ….) during the project execution as well as performing the construction follow-up
• Managing the development of the methods (“know-how manual”, data sheets , PID and standard drawings, software) in order to optimized the operation of the department.
• Managing the technical development of company technologies in the field of separation and dehydration/desalting of the crude oil and condensate
• Taking active part in the follow-up of the R&D in my field of technology.
• Managing the on-site mission feedbacks and contributes to the development of the supply of the product line by offering improvements
• Taking active part in the recruitment of engineers and technicians to strengthen the department.
• Supporting technicaly the sales managers in defense deals with clients and participating in marketing activities
