    2007 - 2008 -Prepare documents relating to the budget (€27 Mio), monitor implementation and report on results;
    -Supervise and validate all financial transactions of the Division as certifying officer;
    -Provide advice to one Director and three Section Heads;
    -Support the Crisis Management Group;
    -Support the International Public Sector Accounting Standard (IPSAS) task force.
  • International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) - Programme officer

    2001 - 2007 -Drafted guidelines and policies for the implementation of results-based management (RBM);
    -Initiated and supervised the development and implementation of a Programme Information System supporting programme development, monitoring and assessment;
    -Reported on financial issues of the Office and validated financial transaction as certifying officer;
    -Supported the Programme Coordination Committee (PCC).
  • Hoerbiger International GmbH - Financial Project Manager

    1996 - 2001 -Managed the project "Close the Books", which objective was to reduce reporting time, to improve internal controls and to increase quality of financial reporting for all 30 subsidiaries world-wide (total budget of €500 000);
    -Built-up the framework and tools for financial reporting;
    -Prepared and contributed to quarterly reporting to shareholders;
    -Initiated and implemented a software supporting the monitoring of participations.
