    Ebikon 2015 - maintenant My area of responsibility is Ile de France (Paris and around), one of the 3 zones of the country (around 950 employees). The role covers in particular the union relations (President of the work council), the active participation to operational and strategic decisions of the zone (as a member of the zone executive committee) and a continuous support to the managers (from hiring to development and lay off)

    Labour relations:
    • Manage relationships with unions
    • Preside work council
    • Steer reorganizational projects
    • Manage operational implementation with operational managers

    Support to internal customers on managing HR issues:
    • Ensure that the French labour law is respected
    • Disciplinary actions, relationships with lawyers and representation of the company at Court
    • Operational support for managers

    Recruitment and career development:
    • Lead recruitments for all executive members within my area
    • Responsible for the relationship with suppliers: headhunters, recruitment and placement agencies
    • Employees development regarding people review, strategic job families and resource Management
  • Schindler - Group Head Talent Program

    Ebikon 2012 - 2015 The Schindler Career Development Program aims to develop young talents around the globe with potential to move towards critical leadership roles worldwide.

    • Organization, support and continuous development of the SCDP Program and the overall SCDP life cycle, including Recruiting Support
    • Coaching the Program Participants, Zone and Local HR Managers, Mentors, as well as Senior Line Managers during the course of the program
    • Organizing and facilitating the program's annually Entry Conference, including Presentations of Senior Management, Case Studies, Team Events and Tours
    • Organizing and Heading the annually Strategic Team Challenge (6 months global projects, with results presented to the group Executive Committee)
    • Promoting the Program on a global level among Top Management and the Line functions

    • HR Business Partner for the headquarter

    General Training / Career Development:
    • Building up the training plan with Executive Board
    • Creation of training courses (project management, how to deal with priorities…)
    • Following up the general activity through reporting and budget
    • In charge of the young talents program (SCDP) for France
    • Managing and driving a yearly development program for technicians towards leadership roles (“Schindler Academie”)


    Recruitment:
    • Interviews mid-management and management positions
    • Responsible for the relationship with suppliers : head-hunters, recruitment and placement agencies, targeted universities
